XM (formerly XEMarkets) is a Cyprus-based forex and CFD broker founded in 2009 and regulated by the Cypriot financial supervisory authority CySEC. XM is also regulated by the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is registered there as a financial services provider. ETX Capital is a trading name of London-based financial services provider Monecor. This company was founded in 1965 and has been a member of the London Stock Exchange for many years. ETXCapital's focus is to offer CFD trading to institutional, corporate and private clients. The broker's trading offer therefore comprises a total of more than 1,200 different underlyings.
