ActivTrades vs 24option

ActivTrades was founded in Switzerland in 2001 and is one of the leading brokers for trading currencies and CFDs on indices, stocks, commodities and crypto currencies using the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms as well as its own ActivTrader. In 2005, ActivTrades moved its headquarters to the financial metropolis of London, where it has since been supervised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 24option was founded in 2010 and initially specialised in binary options trading. However, this is no longer offered in Europe. Instead, since 2018 24option has focused entirely on trading Forex and CFDs. The broker is based in Cyprus and is regulated by the Cypriot financial supervisory authority CySec.
