XM is also regulated by the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is registered there as a financial services provider. Forex Broker FXCM is headquartered in London. In addition, the broker has other branches all over the world. FXCM is mainly regulated by the British FCA. With the trading platform TradingStationWeb FXCM offers a browser-based platform, but customers can also choose a desktop version or MetaTrader 4.
