XM (formerly XEMarkets) is a Cyprus-based forex and CFD broker founded in 2009 and regulated by the Cypriot financial supervisory authority CySEC. XM is also regulated by the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is registered there as a financial services provider.
